Welcome to BookXplor ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at bookxplor.com and all services offered through it, including the booking of experiences, discovery of restaurants and bars, and access to partner services across Southern Spain.

By accessing or using BookXplor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

BookXplor is an online marketplace that connects visitors with local experience providers, restaurants, hotels and other businesses across Southern Spain. We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for the delivery of third-party services listed on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When you book an experience or service through BookXplor, you enter into a contract with the relevant provider. BookXplor facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the provider-customer agreement.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and are displayed at the time of booking. Please review these carefully before confirming a reservation.

Businesses listed on BookXplor are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, pricing, availability and descriptions. BookXplor does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content and accepts no liability for errors or omissions in provider listings.

Partner accounts are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms.

You agree not to use BookXplor for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading information, to impersonate another person, to transmit spam or malicious content, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.

Reviews and user-generated content must be honest, fair and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards.

All content on BookXplor, including text, images, logos, design and software, is the property of BookXplor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookXplor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any booked activity or service.

We strongly recommend that all visitors take out appropriate travel and activity insurance before participating in outdoor experiences.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
